High insulation, maximum protection. The first and most important step in preserving the cold chain is excellent insulation that prevents external heat from leaking inside. Our sandwich panels create a heatproof shield around your warehouse with high-density polyurethane filling and a locked interlocking system.

WHAT IS A COLD STORAGE PANEL?

These are modular construction elements consisting of two surfaces of hygienic galvanized sheet metal with high-density Polyurethane (PUR) or Polyisocyanurate (PIR) injected in between. These panels do not only provide thermal insulation but also form the load-bearing structure of the warehouse.

WHY SHOULD YOU CHOOSE OUR PANELS?

• Superior Thermal Insulation: With a polyurethane density of 40-42 kg/m³, it offers one of the lowest thermal conductivity coefficients in the world.

• Eccentric Lock System: Panels are connected to each other with special locking mechanisms. This prevents thermal bridges at the joints and makes assembly-disassembly processes highly practical.

• Hygienic and Antibacterial: Surfaces are produced with polyester-painted sheets or PVC coatings that comply with food regulations, are bacteria-resistant, and are easy to clean.

• Long-Lasting Structure: Thanks to corrosion-resistant surface options and high mechanical resistance, it maintains its form for years.

Choosing the right thickness can make up to a 50% difference in your energy bill. We apply the following standards in your projects based on your needs:

Cool Storage +8°C / +15°C 60 mm - 80 mm

Cold Storage -5°C / +5°C 80 mm - 100 mm

Frozen Storage -15°C / -25°C 120 mm - 150 mm

Shock Freezing Room -35°C / -45°C 200 mm

SURFACE OPTIONS AND ACCESSORIES

We offer different surface solutions according to the environmental conditions (humidity, chemical use, etc.) where your warehouse will be installed:

• Polyester Sheet: Standard and economical solutions.

• PVC Coated Sheet: Extra protection for highly humid and acidic environments.

• Stainless Steel (Cr-Ni): For meat and fish facilities requiring maximum hygiene.

• Hygienic Accessories: Internal and external corner finishing accessories (plywood or polyester) that prevent dirt accumulation at panel joints.

FLOOR PANELS AND INSULATION

Not only the walls but also the floor insulation is of critical importance:

• Standard Floor Panel: Panels with a non-slip top surface (plywood/hexagonal) or stainless steel sheets.

• Heavy-Duty Floor: Special insulation plates suitable for pouring concrete over floor insulation in large warehouses with forklift traffic.
